Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Large furniture items typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove delivery partners, while smaller decor items arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Blue Sky ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international home enthusiasts in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging; a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of Blue Sky. We partner with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure our wooden furniture is crafted from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves into our fulfillment process and cannot be changed, though you may initiate a return once it arrives.
