At Blue Sky, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Blue Sky account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
